Prices

The price per night gives access to all of the services at the residence (parking – gym [adults only] – a launderette is at disposition – Orange Wi-Fi Fiber). The bed linen and towels are supplied. The cleaning is done daily, and the linen is changed once a week. For all stays longer than 28 days you will be asked to leave a deposit check (this will not be cashed) upon arrival.

The local tax is an extra charge of 5% of the price with 4.60€ per day.

The services à la carte are also charged extra (refer to prices A la carte services).

Payment : the payment is made in full on the day of arrival, before the room key is given. For the monthly rentals, the rent is to be paid on the 1^st of each month. The cancellation period is 48h before the day of arrival. Possibility to pay by bank card, check, cash or Chèques Vacances.
Billing terms : we would like to inform all clients that any paid services will be charged, and a bill will be systematically given to the client at the reception.
Responsibility : we wish to bring to your attention that rentals in our residence do not come under the responsibility of hotels. Therefore, the SAS CCN cannot be held liable in the event of lost things, theft or damage.
Cancellation conditions : all reservations are guaranteed with either a bank card number and its expiration date, or with a deposit payment. Cancellations with zero fees is possible for individual bookings, but cancellations must be done 48 hours before the arrival date. In case of a late cancellation or a no-show, the amount for the first night will be charged.

In the case of a late cancellation or a no-show, the equivalent of 7 days rent will be debited from the card that was given as a guarantee or the deposit will be kept.

Monthly rent with the charges included (water, maintenance of the common areas, and Orange Wi-Fi Fiber). The tenants have free access to the secure parking, access to the gym and the launderette. Electricity, insurances, and the housing taxes are the tenants responsibility. The tenant may apply for ALS (social housing allowance).

The administration fees are 250€, and a deposit of 800€/1000€ will be requested.

These rates correspond to a normal use of the rooms, in case this rule is not complied with, an additional cleaning service will be charged 40€ per hour (billing period: 30mins).
